Peak News now has a Telegram bot

Peak News now has a bot in Telegram. When a new briefing is ready, it arrives right there: a short message with the list of topics and a Read button.

How to find it and link it

Search Telegram for @peaknews_io_bot, or simply open this link. Then:

1. Press Start.
2. Press Link account. The button works for 15 minutes.
3. Sign in if asked, then press Link Telegram.

Done. The next briefing arrives in the chat. No Peak News account yet? Signing in on that page creates one.

What else is there

• Reading right in the chat. Press Read, and the briefing comes in topic by topic: first the pictures, as one album, then the text, every point linked to the posts it came from.
• Older briefings. /briefings shows the recent ones. Pick one, and it arrives the same way.
• Email stays. In Settings, under Notifications, email and Telegram have a switch each. Keep both, or just one. The briefing is on the site either way.
• Stopping. Send /stop to the bot, or press Disconnect in Settings.
